Super cute!
Series 2 is super cute, although im sad series 1 is unavailable for purchase anymore. This series does have a goof variety of brands and different product. I also appreciate how its not just the best sellers of brands, some hidden gems included.
Deceptive garbage
Bought this product thinking they were beauty minis and instead I got barbie sized replicas with no real product at all. Very deceptive. I read the description before buying and truly thought these were beauty minis of actual product, instead I got worthless chunks of plastic.
Mini Brand fan
If you love Mini Brands, you have to grab up a ball or two from Ulta! I cannot believe the amount of people who don't realize it's a toy and not real product, though…this is series 2 and the 1 got so many bad reviews simply because people don't do their research. I was so excited to grab some up when I saw that they were coming back. I love that the items open/have wands and caps and liquid in them! Too cute. The only thing I'm worried about is duplicate balls since it seems that they aren't randomized items like other Mini Brands are. May have to do a weigh method or something to prevent buying 2 of the same balls.
Defects
I recently bought 12 (4 online and 8 offline) and found two defective items overall. Customer service easily processed a replacement online for the first defect, but then required me to travel to a physical store to exchange the second miniature item. Requiring a customer to make a trip for a tiny defect on an online order—especially after resolving the same issue digitally—is frustrating and unreasonable. Your return policy for online AND offline orders with minor defects needs to be consistent and convenient.

these things are so freaking adorable! im glad theres a wide variety of different items/choices too. if i happen to get a duplicate, oh well, it happens. beggars cant be choosers. i can just give it to a friend who loves the brand/mini product too!
