Step 1: Wet skin & bar.
Step 2: Massage onto the body using the contoured side to buff rough or textured areas like outer arms, thighs, elbows, knees, calves, and lower buttocks.
Step 3: Use the flat side to smooth larger areas like arms, legs, décolletage, and back.
Step 4: Rinse thoroughly. Use 2--3 times a week.

It exfoliates more than nothing, but the bar isn't dense enough with the physical exfoliating beads to make much of a difference. I really liked the feeling of this body bar. It provided a nice clean feeling while clearing away my dead skin. It smelled great without being overpowering.
Great replacement

New Holy Grail
Ive struggled with KP, ingrown hairs, general texture on the backs of my legs and arms for YEARS. I got this after I sat in my basket for months and when I say my skin has never been smoother…I mean it! Worth the splurge, works better than any exfoliant in a jar. It smells fresh, slightly soapy, and reminds me of a fresh ocean scent but clean.
