Step 1: Wet skin & bar.
Step 2: Massage onto the body using the contoured side to buff rough or textured areas like outer arms, thighs, elbows, knees, calves, and lower buttocks.
Step 3: Use the flat side to smooth larger areas like arms, legs, décolletage, and back.

Nothing Special
It exfoliates more than nothing, but the bar isn't dense enough with the physical exfoliating beads to make much of a difference. Where has this been all my life…
Hands down the best exfoliating bar out there, way better than salt scrubs and anything else I've tried. I wish I had stocked up during a sale. This completely took away any roughness on my skin and it's not messy like a salt scrub. Some people complained about the smell but I think it's nice, it's not a floral smell at all and maybe people are accustomed to that. It's more of an earthy smell. I'm extremely sensitive to smells and nothing about this is off putting. Incredible product!

I finally used this product after getting it to review and it's actually great ! I love the feeling of how it exfoliates on the skin when rubbing on and it also leaves your skin feeling really soft , it smells pretty good as well .

I really liked the feeling of this body bar. It provided a nice clean feeling while clearing away my dead skin. It smelled great without being overpowering.
Great replacement
Was looking for a replacememt for naturium body wash, and this is the holy grail. Improved my skin texture in a short amount of time, and it makes you so so soft.
