I liked this product a lot….very gentle on the stomach, can be taken in the evening without any stomach upset. My only negative comment is that I wish the vitamin D content was more. I initially purchased it because I needed additional vitamin D, but for me it wasn't enough to get me where I needed to be. Depending on your needs though, this might be just what you need!
