Extremely Disappointing Product Quality and Customer Service
Despite the disappointing product quality and the inconvenience I had already experienced, I was then informed that I would have to wait 3 months to receive my refund check. Three months! When I asked whether the check could be sent through expedited shipping, the response and overall handling of the situation left me feeling completely disregarded as a customer. Never buying Chanel again.
It smells great at the store
I'm not sure what happened between the store and then ordering this, and then receiving the bottle and having a fresh bottle of my own to spraying this and wanting to display this next to her sister, Chance Splendide (which is THE BEST), but it was SUCH A LET DOWN! I tried on three separate occasions to give this a fair shot, I really tried but I ultimately couldn't even see her next to her purple sister that I had to give her to my mom. I don't even think she likes her but hey, it's a free Chanel perfume. I would not recommend this at all. At the store, I was between this or Tendre and I went with this green potion. I should have just went for a back-up of Splendide so I can wear my heart out.

I love Chanel but I would NEVER order on line!
I ordered my Chanel on line and NEVER received my product! Someone shipped my package without the product twice!! And trying to get it resolved through customer service was a nightmare! I finally get a refund after several attempts. Check out the BBB website for Ulta, this seems to be an ongoing issue with deliveries! NEVER AGAIN!
Cult favorite Chanel fragrance
I've loved Chance Eau Fraíche eau de toilette for over 10 years now and decided to give the eau de parfum a try because I thought it might last longer throughout the day. It does…however the scent is slightly different. Not in a bad way though!
