So I just bought this and raced home to try it. mind you I was on a bicycle for 10 minutes before trying it out, so I was oily before applying on clean, moisturized skin. at first I wasn't impressed, went on to test other items that I bought. 15 minutes later I catch myself in the mirror and was BLOWN AWAY at how perfect my skin looked. I then applied concealer to see how it works with other products and they work together beautifully! I will say that the claims that this foundation would be best for normal-dry and mature skin are accurate, I would not recommend for super oily folks.
Favorite foundation for past seven months
I was introduced to this product by a CT rep and have been using it since February. I am 63 years old and think it covers beautifully. In the winter I wear shade 3 cool and in the summer, with a tan, I wear shade 7 cool. When my tan starts to fade, I mix the two. I also use the CT highlighter and contour with it and finish with CT setting spray. It does not change colors on me or accentuate fine lines. I do prep my skin with a moisturizer and sunscreen before applying. I have had zero problems with it pilling up and it lasts all day. Hate to see so many bad reviews because for me it has been fabulous. At 63 I tend to have skin on the drier side, and this leaves my face looking hydrated and fresh. Couldn't love it more!
My mother loves this
My mother loves this foundation. She is 70 and she recently started using this after I picked it out for her. She's gotten so many compliments people have been telling her that she looks so much younger. She also is very happy because she doesn't have to use powder, which can sometimes make her feel dry and accentuate little lines.
Yes for a redhead
I'm a natural redhead who always had a hard time finding my shade… until I found this. Shade 1N looks so natural on me! I love I can still see my freckles, but yet it covers all my redness. It's worth it. I'm obsessed.
I love it
Everyone has different skin, I get that, but I can't believe how many bad reviews there are! I have had great luck with this foundation!! It is a light foundation, but I love that aspect. It's not heavy on my skin. It's definitely not full coverage but it is perfect for day to day!
