Amazing formula, but HORRIBLE packaging!
I have been buying this eyeliner for years. The formula is fantastic; it is a deep black, doesn't smudge, and doesn't irritate my eyes (5 stars for the makeup itself). Long lasting
This is by far my favorite eye liner ever. It goes on smooth and wears forever. The pigment is fantastic and I super appreciate having brown available. The actual pen needs some work as it sometimes comes apart when removing the cap.
Better than luxury brands
Ive used Stila, Urban Decay, and other liquid liner from luxury brands, Ulta's beats them all! Im 40+ with watery eyes, I need a liner that goes on true matte black and doesnt smudge or flake- this one does all of that and more. So pleasantly surprised by how good this liquid liner is, Ive re purchased now 3 times.

Absolute BEST liquid eyeliner
Over 50 eyes need a liner that doesn't pull at loose skin. This one is perfection! Glides on without tugging, lasts and lasts. Not messy or smudgy. I have been using it for years and hope they never discontinue. I had tried so many in the past. I buy these 3 at a time. Excellent product and great price.
Extremely streaky uneven application
This liquid eyeliner is awful. The application is streaky and uneven, and the liquid dries up despite the cap being on and the crusty dried liner end up on your eye. I have tried liners under $8 that are better. I wasn't able to exchange it in time so now I just have to trash it.
