With clean hands, insert one suppository into your vagina at bedtime. Use once every 2 - 3 nights as needed, to support comfortable vaginal moisture. Expect some discharge throughout the night (we like wearing a thin pad to protect our undies). You should always insert after you have fully emptied your bladder, especially after sexual intercourse. It is not recommended to use directly before sex as oils could potentially interfere with latex condoms.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place or refrigerate. Product may soften during shipping. If needed, place carton with the tapered top of the ovule pointed upward in refrigerator for 1 hour upon arrival.

On my second week of trying this product. I haven't noticed any improvement in symptoms yet. Will continue until my first box is gone to see if there is any benefit.

I'm very happy with using the comfy suppository,it gave me quick relief of any burning sensation I had due to menopause and low estrogen I like it because I don't have to worry about any side effects and it's a more natural cure for low estrogen.I highly recommend the product
