It really works!
I am 41 and almost 3 years past chemo for breast cancer. My body's been put into early menopause and I was struggling with the side effects. I got this on a whim and stayed considtent for about 90 days. There was a noticable difference in frequency and severity of my hot flashes. I started to think they were gone. One week, I didn't refill my supplements timely and went a few days without consistent use. I noticed an increase in hot flashes and discomfort very quickly. It shocked me how well this supplement had helped when taken consistently. It's on a subscription now and I'll never be without it. It's so easy to take one pill at bedtime daily, for a huge payoff. I have been using Hum for years, I especially love their fiber gummies. A few weeks ago I was gifted by Hum Nutrition with these and couldn't wait to try. I'm over 40 and am in perimenopause. These definitely help subside my night sweats which have been my biggest issue for years.
