I have bought these sleep gummies several times. Take a half hr to an hour before bed time. I dont wake up as much during the night and sleep longer.

These definitely put you to sleep within a minimum of 15 mins. I slept the entire night without waking up. I did have bizzare dreams thought like one night i was at a space camp with the kardashians?? Anyways they work but everytime i take them i wake up with horrible headaches. Like a 7/10 rating of pain. So personally i dont think its worth it just bc of that.
