Start by shaking Control well. Apply to wet hair and massage into the scalp using the Scalp Massager in a gentle up-and-down motion. Rinse thoroughly and repeat if desired. Follow with Peppermint Cream Conditioner, leaving in for 1–2 minutes before rinsing. Begin using Control 1–2 times per week and adjust as needed.
