This is an example of an overpriced supplement that does the same thing as much cheaper drugstore products. The main ingredient, magnesium, is the basis of the old standby, Milk of Magnesia, which has been used in hospitals for decades. Hospitals now use another OTC product, senna, which is less than $10 a bottle at any drugstore. The supplement industry is under-regulated and over-hyped, with most results being the result of the placebo effect. Save your money.

I have stared experiencing constipation that I never experienced in my life most likely due to menopause. Magnesium citrate that used to help didn't work at all. I was at wits end and turned to Arrae. It did exactly what it claimed to do: started helping immediately, and after 45 days or so into it, my bowel movement restored what it used to be. It makes me feel much better even though I still sruggle with weight gain. I started with 3 capsules before bedtime and now take 2 as maintenance dosage.
