So far so good. I've been using these in the morning between breakfast and lunch and again in the afternoon after work to hold me over until dinner. The sweetness definitely helps curb my sugar cravings, which is the main reason I got them. They do take a little longer to dissolve than I expected and you kind of have to move them around your mouth with your tongue, which is a little annoying but not a dealbreaker. Flavor is not great, but it's not awful either. More of a functional than enjoyable experience. I've only been using them for about a week so I'm still figuring out how effective they are long term, but for now they seem to be doing what I wanted.

These have been a Godsend for me with my nighttime cravings and hunger! I have always managed to push through them, but man was it a battle…the food noise was so loud. Now, there is ZERO food noise. ZERO battle. Every night, I take one of the strips before my shower and I am good to go!They are now a permanent part of my nightly routine. I. AM. OBSESSED.
