best tasting creatine
I have tried 4 different creatine gummies. These are the very best tasting creatine gummies I have tried. They also have the best consistency of any creatine gummy I have tried. The taste is much more natural than the other brands and they are sugar free. The downfalls are that there is 1 gram of creatine in one gummy so you need to eat 3. It is offered in only one flavor currently as of 2026. Also, the container needs to be redesigned because it is in a pill container but of course these are not pills so they get stuck together and it's hard to get the gummy out of the container because you can not get your hand or finger in it. You will have to bang the container until 3 of them fall out for you. All the other creatine gummy containers I have seen, allow you to put your hand in and take out a gummy. Hopefully Mary Ruth will redesign her container. I emailed them about this problem.
The absolute worst thing I have put in my mouth all year
I bought these looking for a good-tasting daily creatine supplement, and wow was that a mistake. The texture was simultaneously slimy, but also somehow gritty, as if the supplement hadn't been properly mixed. The flavor was also awful. I only ate two of the three recommended daily gummies; the first one to try them, and the second one to confirm they were all as terrible as the first one. I couldn't deal with trying to eat the third. 0/5, do not recommend.
