Smells like cheap men's cologne and not in a good way. It is also strong and does not fade quickly. I only put a little on to try and immediately felt overwhelmed by the smell. Smells like cheap men's cologne and not in a good way. It is also strong and does not fade quickly. I only put a little on to try and immediately felt overwhelmed by the smell. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be able to use this as I absolutely refuse to go around smelling like this. I bought another product from the curly purple line and it smells equally terrible. I have the Tahitian gardenia shampoo and conditioner and those smell nice but this, 🤢horrible. For reference, I typically use uncle funky daughter or kinky curly products, sometimes Camille rose.

I don't usually write reviews, but this product deserves one. I have very fine, naturally curly (3A), high-porosity hair. The top of my hair is manageable, but the bottom layer has always been my biggest struggle. It's extremely light, fluffy, and frizzy. No matter what I tried, the ends would puff up and look dry. I've spent hundreds of dollars on products over the years. Mousse gave me hold but never added enough weight. Gel just made my hair crunchy. Curl creams were too sticky and somehow still didn't solve the problem. This moisturizing lotion is the first product I've found that actually gives my hair what it needed. It keeps my curls soft while adding just enough weight to the porous ends so they hang naturally instead of expanding into a frizzy triangle. My hair looks smoother, healthier, and more polished without feeling greasy or stiff. It doesn't flatten my curls—it simply lets them drape the way I've always wanted them to. I can even use a tiny amount on dry hair to smooth the ends without making them crunchy or sticky. If you have fine, curly, high-porosity hair that is constantly fluffy, frizzy, and impossible to weigh down, don't overlook this product. I honestly wish I had found it years ago.

I have practically tried every leave in conditioner cream etc they are there too late too heavy too greasy. This one is perfect actually truly moisturize my curls and you only need. Like two dime size which is nothing compared to so many other ones were you're using a quarter of a cup just to get the curls to be good.

This stuff is amazing. The price point is awesome, the smell is amazing, the texture is perfect and so silky smooth AND it's so lightweight. A little goes such a long way I love that too. Overall I love it and I keep coming back and won't stop!
