Place your dental device, such as a mouth guard, night guard, dentures, or pacifier, into the bath case. Add 1 cup of warm water and one cleansing tablet, allowing the tablet to fully dissolve. Keep the device immersed for 15–30 minutes, or soak overnight for stubborn stains. Rinse the device and strainer basket thoroughly with running water and discard any remaining solution.

This is billed as a solution to coffee and tea stains on your retainers. There was no difference between my retainers after using this product compared with efferdent. This product cost significantly more and does not deliver on it's promise.
