Not for people with curly or wavy hair
I was not impressed with this product as it created a rats nest in my hair. I have Beach wave curls and it completely made them in snarls.

Very good
I really like the Basic Edition two-sided pop-up scalp massager and detangler. It's super convenient with two sides: one for gently massaging the scalp and the other for detangling hair without pulling. The scalp side feels amazing in the shower and helps distribute shampoo evenly, giving a clean, refreshing feeling. The detangling side works well for removing knots carefully, especially when used on wet hair. It's lightweight, easy to hold, and great for everyday use. The only thing to be careful about is using it gently on thicker or very tangled hair, since it can catch a bit if you rush. Overall, it's a simple but very effective 2-in-1 brush for daily hair care.

It is small enough for my toddler to be able to use it on her hair by herself. We used it at the pool and in the shower and it doesn't slip from your hand. It's small enough to put in my purse or the kids diaper bag for travel and it's not horribly expensive for a 2 in 1 product. We personally keep using this as a tool to help my curly headed kids wash their hair in their own easier and have less tangles after the shower.
