- After cleansing the area, peel off the protective backing and place the patch with the microneedles facing down under and around the outer corner of the eye. Gently press with your fingertips for 5–10 seconds to secure and activate.

I wanted to try this for a while, so I finally did. They work just fine as far as eye patches are concerned, holding in moisture, however the "microneedling" did not do anything to my skin. You could definitely feel them when they are applied, but not worth the extra money for the microneedling effect.
First eye patches to make a noticeable difference!

Putting them on and wearing comfortably was a little tough, mainly due to my older eye skin being crepey and loose. Boy was I surprised at the huge difference! Those needles really helped! Plumping like I've never seen! Buying more right now!
It is not a miracle but it works
This is my first time using an eye patch. The puffiness did not go away completely but I️ definitely see an improvement. It feels a little weird in the beginning but I️ was able to have them all night and they stayed on pretty well. Yes, it leaves a little residue but nothing that a face cleaner can not resolve. Overall, I️'ll say 40% improvement, pretty good in my opinion. Instructions says you need to use twice a week the first two weeks, maybe it gets better after second use? Only thing that hurts is the price

This was my first time using these. I did notice a difference immediately when removing the pads, but that went away within I think hours of taking them off. Maybe I will need to use them more than once in order to really see a difference, but not really impressed with the first time use.
