It's okay
For the way it twists and doesnt require sharpening is amazing and the tip of the pencil is a generous size so full coverage immediately around the lips. The only reason im giving this liner a low review is because the plumping affect is extreme burning, way too noticeable and takes awhile to stop burning.
Get it!!
My absolute favorite liner! I love it!! I have the fill em in color and use it with a lot of different colors to change up the look. Highly recommend trying these!!
Felt Nothing, Saw Nothing
You literally feel and see nothing. The consistency is like chapstick, and it does the same thing. Nothing. Seeing the phrase, extreme feel on this one, I expected at least a tingle. But much like a bad boyfriend, I felt nothing. There was no visible changes either.
Good but you need the gloss too
I'm gonna admit this is the first plumping product I have ever used. While I did see some areas where I little fuller I think you would definitely be better off using it in conjunction with the gloss
Trash
the formula is trash - no matter what state I use it in (bare lips, powdered lips, hydrated lips, over lipstick, diffused with a finger) it pills up, applies so patchy and streaky. I literally hate this lipliner.
