Shake well before use. Remove cap to reveal precise, double-brush tip. Apply light handed, gentle strokes at an upward angle from the inner brow to the arch. Angle pen slightly to define the tail.

It's the cap
The product and design are wonderful. The cap is awful. It spungs off in every direction. Youll spend more time chasing the cap ir trying to keep it in than actually applying the product. This needs a new design. Without the cap it dries out quickly amd not to mention the mess it made in my bag because I generally take my makeup on the go. Not worth the money unless they fix the cap. Otherwise, the design and prosduct were fantastic.

It took a minute to get the technique down, but Ive been a devoted daily user now for over a year. I get compliments on my "brows" all of the time. Hard to work with
The first few times pigment came out readily at the tip of the pen, bt after about a week it became really hard to get any pigment out no matter how rigorously I shaked the pen beforehand. Also, I was expecting fine strokes, but if I applied the pen lightly nothing would come out, and if I put a but more pressure thr strokes would come out blocky and streaky. Not at all the fine hair-like look I was going for. The only positive thing I can say is that the staying power seems alright.
blonde color is too dark
I have bought 3 different pens (all blonde) and everytime it is too dark and the longer I have it, the darker it seems to get. I likethe way it works but the shade is just way too dark for me. If they ever come out with a shade that matches the ABH pen in blonde I will happily purchase, but as it stands it's a pass.
Best pencil I've ever used!
I'm 51 and I've tried ALOT of pencils through the years. This one is the only one that looks like your real eyebrows. This is definitely my new go to! I thought I was going to struggle using it but actually find it easier to use than other pencils.
