Love but broke
I have had this since March 2026 and used it maybe once a week. And it already broke. The lights in half the mask don't light up and the charging cable doesn't allow for the mask itself to turn on. I thought i would try a different cable since its just a USB-C and that didn't do anything, I still can't get the lights to come back on. I'm so disappointed. I loved this mask and really thought i was seeing results with it.
Typos?
I carefully proofread my review before submitting it, so I was surprised to see multiple typos in the version that was posted. Everything was correct on my end when I hit submit. I'm not sure how that happened. I wonder if anyone else has had this experience.

I did read about multiple people purchasing it and it malfunctioning or not completely working after about six months but i took the risk because of the countless good reviews. I will say that we're not lying. The mask definitely does what it says. Then it stopped working early October. I purchased this late March 2026. I'm a single mom and I spent a lot of money on this product and I'm no longer allowed to return it. They got me good. I feel like the manufacturer and Ulta knew that it was going to malfunction. The original reviews posted on the product are not on the website anymore. I wish big business would stop taking advantage of the consumer. When is enough enough? Makes me wanna swear both companies off altogether. If they are in the market of losing customers to stores who do back their products then they're doing a really good job.
Uncomfortable beauty
Really disappointed in the mask overall. Eye protector portion is so uncomfortable. I am ready to take mask off after a few minutes of every session.
Most Definitely worth the buy
I have used the mask 5 days a week for 6 weeks of owning this mask. I mainly use red +nir, helps with reducing redness and i see an improvement. I enjoy the timer. My daughter uses the blue for acme. We both enjoy everything about the mask. We would highly recommend. Price is on average for a red light mask with multi settings. Holds a great charge, lightweight on face and i enjoy the softness of the straps for the back.
