Apply to eye using small smooth strokes to create a sharp line. Use clean-up tip to sharpen edges. Work on one eye at a time as the formula sets fast.
For extreme waterline brightening, use the shade Wet T-Shirt. If you're looking for a more natural brightening effect, choose one of the other 4 brightening shades for your skin tone.

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] Fenty has some of my favorite makeup products. So, I was very excited to try one of the brightening shades and it did not disappoint. Of course I put it under my water line and it gave my eyes the pop I was looking for. Very smooth application.

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] When swatching on my hand this product appeared creamy and like a perfect brightening liner when used on the water line and by the eyes. It's easy to use, and I got a lot of pigment right away. My main problem is that, when used on my eyes, it just didn't seem to work well. I couldn't get payoff, and it faded really quick which could possibly be from how watery my eyes are. If my eyes were drier and didn't water it might have worked better?? I honestly didn't notice much of a difference with it on besides some streaking on my waterline where the product was. I also couldn't find a use for the blender on the end of the pencil. Overall, I just wasn't a fan of this eyeliner and wouldn't use it again.

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] This is a great eyeliner! I love how soft and smooth it glides right on. The consistency is between a coal and a gel liner and has the perfect control! The tension on the twist up bottom is really easy to turn also, I've had some that were a little difficult from other brands. I would for sure buy this product again and maybe even try other colors!
