Do not recommend
I've used all kinds of rollers over the years and these have to be the worst ones. They do not stay in your hair no matter which direction you roll them in, how you twist the internal wire, or even if you clip them up. The foam is also weak and fully compresses where it's bent or when you try to pull hair taut, so your curl size/shape is uneven, even if you manage to get the curler to stay in place. 0 out of 5 tbh would not recommend
Good option
Easy to use and can move about with them in. Can sleep in them with a bonnet and they mostly stayed intact but not as good as just normal wear.
