Balm? Yes. Super? Eh.
This feels very nice on the skin, and a few layers will give you a subtle sheen that serves as a decent glowy base for a skin tint or very light coverage foundation. But if you're looking for enough color to use it as makeup, you're not going to find that.

The Revlon Super Balm is a unique highlighter in my collection as it it adds a beautiful blush glow to the skin without looking glittery. My favorite way to use this product is as a blush topper on the cheekbones. It makes my skin look so glowy!! The shade 003 is a beautiful peach color.
Not as pigmented as hoped
I have a medium complexion so I don't know if this is why it doesn't show up on me as much. I use it as a blonzer on cheeks forehead and nose. I have to keep on applying adding layers to kinda get some color pay off. It just wasn't what I was expecting

Some balms are way too sticky, and make you look too dewy, not this one! It gives you a really pretty glow, but it sets
