    Best powder for dry skin

I have pretty dry skin and because this powder has the tiniest bit of a glow it is perfect for me. It also the BEST sifter turning mechanism for such an affordable powder. Even high end powders don't have something this unique, so it is sad to travel with and you won't have powder everywhere. I do w...

    BIG pink pores; highlights imperfections

This setting powder left me with BIG pink dots in my pores, accentuating them tremendously, & I looked like a freak. I don't normally have issues with my pores showing at all, so this was a surprise. This powder did not last long either or keep a soft finish; it wore off brutally, settling into every imperfection & coloring them a bright, hot pink. I think I'll stick with my Morphe pink bake & set powder in pink; it's a much higher quality powder & is a lot cheaper for the quantity you get. ;-) Laura Mercier has the best setting powder by far (her OG powder, not the new Ultra-Blur), but the price tag is hefty. Morphe's powder, on the other hand, is the best deal for the highest quality - quite the value. This ELF powder just is NOT it, though.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend

    Not light! Actually fair/light

I bought this product and although it said it was light, I received fair/light which is lighter than the original light shade. (I belive light has been discontinued?!) Ulta and other retailers need to update the description! I love halo glow setting powder in general but this is just not the shade I was hoping for.

    Best setting powder ever

elf halo glow setting powder is very high quality. There's a shade for everyone. It will stay fresh looking all day. My only concern is that it seems as if my best shade (light medium) may be discontinued. When I couldn't find it in my local Ulta stores, Ulta was able to order two in this color for me and had it shipped to my home. Thank you Ulta! I hope it isn't discontinued and you can re-stock it at your stores.
