Very in between
This was the only new product in my rotation and after using it consistently for about a week, I was able to come to the conclusion the flaky, dry skin around my nose and increase in clogged pores on my forehead and chin was due to this (which if im going to break out it will be in these spots). However, it was hydrating elsewhere and made my makeup sit very nicely.

The Centella Cleansing Foam severely damaged my skin, and this product was a lifesaver. It felt instantly soothing the moment I applied it. I have acne-prone skin, and while it's a bit heavy for daily use, it's amazing for calming and repairing my skin.
Great cruelty-free product!
Use several ELF products & like their cruelty-free & affordable status. This one is very moisturizing for my dry skin in CO. Use it at nighttime after cleansing & before bed. No issues whatsoever. Would recommend.

Have used ELF products since they originally came out, & look where they are now!! I use this face cream either at nite or in the AM after cleansing. It is effective, affordable, & cruelty-free. It moisturizes & plays well with other cruelty-free sunscreen & foundation. Great ingredients,too!
