Ive had this for many years. The only thing its good for is a heating pad. It gets very hot. I just keep it on one and its unbearable. I feel it can easily burn you. I wish there was a way to turn off the heat and just use PEMF. Regardless, if you use the PEMF the heat turn on. There no way of turning the heat off.

This has been an addition to my home that I did not know I needed. The infrared pemf travel mat is a great size to use after work or while traveling. It comes with a travel bag which is very helpful. The mat fits perfectly on my couch. With issues of back pain after work and metal exhaustion this mat has helped my body and mind calm prior to sleep. There are different levels of heat and it is cool to feel the heat without getting hot and sweaty. You can change the PEMF there are a few different levels for different purposes such as relaxation to help sleep. It comes with a magent to test the PEMF and it is really cool to see it moving around when that part is turned on.

This mat is super easy to set up, and with just a little overview of the guide it was easy to figure out how to set the different settings and what function they each serve. The infrared heat settings alone are super relaxing, and the pemf settings do create a relaxing and restorative session that I could oddly feel with running my hand over the mat. While at first I thought I would use this mat in bed, I used it more in a seated position in my recliner, especially after workouts, first thing in the morning, or before bed. I can also see using this in a work chair as well, and it's very comfortable to sit on for a long period of time.

I have been using this matt for a few weeks now. I prefer to use it at night, before going to bed. I find that rather relaxing. It definitely helps me wind down for the day. I'm short (5'1") so this matt is a great size for me. My partner is 6'1" and is also able to use it. It does get warm which is a little uncomfortable given I live in an extremely hot state. It weighs around 30lbs (according to the shipment box). It is stiff which makes it difficult to get in and out of the protective carrier. The part I truly hate about it is the plug and the control. It is insanely difficult to plug the control into the matt. You have to be a combination of insanely strong and maneuvering the plug at just the right angle. I haven't been able to successfully plug the control into the matt; my partner always has to do it for me. Unplugging the control from the matt is just as difficult. The control and wire looks just really outdated. It reminds of an early thousands blowup mattress. For the price point, I would definitely expect something a little less dated and difficult to use.
