i keep seeing people apparently struggle with this product YOU'RE DOING IT WRONG!!!! it is a click up product so NO it will not go back down!! all you need is two clicks. the colour and gloss and all around feeling of this product is beautiful i 100% recommend it!!!

Could be better
I bought this lip butter about a month ago. The good: The lip butter has a beautiful pink colour and feels light on the lips. The bad: The packaging is badly designed in my opinion. Love it!
I'm always looking for a good lip balm because my lips get chapped so easily partly because of health issues. I found this randomly and decided to try the coconut scent/flavor and loved it so much I bought a second one the next day! A lot of reviews don't like the clicker type roll up, but I don't mind it. It makes it feel like a more expensive item to me. It doesn't seem sticky to me at all, and it has helped heal my peeling lips. I especially like using it at night before bed as a lip mask. I can't speak about color as I only tried the clear one. I love that this is an affordable, quality product since everything is so expensive right now. Definitely recommend at least trying it!

I think the comments regarding the "bad" packaging is just user error. I didn't have a problem using this, it was hydrating and the packaging worked fine. My problem was the amount of product in this. Of course you're buying at a cheaper price, but you also get like half the product of a normal lip balm. I liked it but won't be repurchasing.
