I had such a great experience with this brand! The customer service alone deserves 5 stars—I received two handwritten thank-you notes from the founder/CEO, which felt incredibly thoughtful and personal. They even included an extra product as a surprise, which I truly appreciated. The lip masks themselves work wonderfully. My lips felt super soft, smooth, and hydrated after use. I also love the slit in the middle of the mask so you can still talk if needed—such a smart design detail! Highly recommend both the product and the company.
