I've been using the magnesium roll-on on my sprained ankle for a few weeks. I've noticed some pain relief and reduced swelling. The roll-on is easy to apply and provides a light massage. It is a concentrated formula, so you don't need much, and the bottle lasts a long time. The smaller packaging is convenient for travel. Definitely a great alternative if you are not into popping pain relief medications, by using more alternative and homeopathic methods. To top that, it's free of allergens, parabens, and GMOs, and is vegan and cruelty-free.

I recieved the M3 Naturals Magnesium Roll On for adults & kids in exchange for my honest opinion. I put the roll on at night before bed to soothe my tired feet and knee pain. I've never known for magnesium to be topical. I was amazed by the consistency and equal distribution of dispensing magnesium as a roll on. The product was not too thick or watery and went on smoothly. The portability and ease of putting this in your bag and/or gym bag is a plus because it can be applied when you need it for joint pain, aches, and restless nights. I highly recommend this product.

Application is easy with the roll-on top. I've used this magnesium consistently for muscle pain in my legs and back, and I've also used it to improve sleep. A lot of product comes out of the roller so a little bit goes a long way. I did experience a slight tingling sensation after use, which is noted on the bottle, but it didn't last long and caused me no discomfort. I appreciate that it does not leave my skin greasy and overall I noted a relief in muscle pain.

I recently tried the Magnesium Roll-On by M3 Naturals and was surprised by how well it worked. I heard stories before about applying magnesium to your feet before bed but didn't pay it any attention. I'm glad I tried this because it helps! I slept like a baby. I also had my son use it when he experienced a cramp in his calf muscle after track practice. It gave him quick relief! I will keep this in my bag! I love that it is unscented, and lightweight. It does drip a little because it's liquid. Be sure to rub it in good. Highly recommend for athletes or if you just need a good nights sleep.
