I purchased this mascara thinking it was supposed to be waterproof. The label clearly stated it was, however it's not. Every time I've tried to wear it, I end up with black smudges under my eyes throughout the day. It gives them length, but definitely not what I expected.

It stays on so well and gives so much volume and length to my lashes. Id pick this product over fake lashes any day of the week. Love it and will buy again in a heartbeat.
