happy with the progress
I received this product complimentary from Nutrafol in exchange for an honest review. During the first few days, I experienced quite a bit of nausea, which was uncomfortable, but it gradually became less intense over time. As for the results, I've noticed subtle but visible improvements in my hair. The changes haven't been dramatic, but they're definitely encouraging. Overall, I'm happy with the progress and plan to continue using the product.

My husband has been using this for a couple months and does seem to already show signs of growth. He's the only son left with hair of 3 boys, so he's trying to maintain his hairline. His only complaint was he wished the supplements were 2-3 capsules instead of 4, since that's kind of a lot to take daily. Maybe a 2.0 version will be better condensed. *gifted by nutrafol
