There is improvement with consistency.
I have been using a lot of supplements and serums for hair growth. I do feel this alone can not work if you haven't done the labs and other precautions before. That said, I have seen a difference after consistent use! Hair line feels a little more full but I am also careful that I never skip a single dose. #gifted by Nutrafol.

I have been using this product for the last couple of months. I have noticed that my hair looks shiny. It also seems to be stronger.
