Step 1: Prep your skin. Apply the Sculpting Activator Gel generously to the treatment area - a conductive medium is required for microcurrent to work effectively.
Step 2: Select your level. Start on Level 1 and gradually increase based on your comfort. Note: how you feel the current can vary day to day based on hydration, mineral levels, and other factors - always start low.
Step 3: Get sculpting. Glide the Microcurrent Body Sculptor over the treatment area using slow, intentional strokes. Follow the natural contours of your body and work in the direction of lymphatic flow where possible.
Step 4: Enhance conductivity. Spritz the Transdermal Magnesium Spray over the treatment area during your session to keep the Activator Gel hydrated, boost conductivity, and enhance recovery benefits.
Use for 10 minutes per area, 3-5 times per week. Rotate areas and use consistently for best results.

Terrible. Don't buy it.
Unfortunately, this product stopped working within a week of receiving it. I was seeing some noticeable improvements, which is also disheartening because I do think the product works, but it's not reliable. Also the return through Ulta States that you will have to pay to return the item or go in store. I plan to take this back in store and hope for a refund.

I did receive this product as a part of an educational promotion and I'm so grateful! Overall this seems to be a high end product using micro currents. This is also my first experience with such a device so I didn't know what to expect. The handheld device is a great ergonomic shape making it not only easy to hold but easy to run along the body. The micro currents are not super strong even at the highest setting. Now I will say some spots are more sensitive than others of course like the thigh vs back of leg toward the knee. To start you apply a thin layer of the gel provided then spritz the magnesium on. The damp skin really helps the device work to its full potential. I will say I am not a fan of the smell or how my skin feels after use. Overall I haven't seen much of a difference in skin textures but after a long day especially a physical day your muscles will thank you. It's a super relaxing way to de stress and take some time for yourself. The micro currents paired with the pressure and shape of the hand held really help loosen the tight muscles. Overall I'm really happy with this product and am definitely going to be looking into the brand more

Been using this little device for a couple of weeks now. I am not sure if it's helped my cellulite on the back of my thighs like I was hoping. But I do feel like my legs feel a bit tighter! The application of the gel and spray is easy and gives the device a good glide. But I feel like the gel does dry rather fast. Which then makes you use the spray often. Which was annoying. The device itself is easy to use and to hold. And dang, the microcurrent feels intense, even on level one and two! I never went above two. Not yet anyways! The red light seems powerful but not sure if it helped much while performing the treatment. I'll continue to use this and hopefully see more drastic results. *I received this as a part of an educational promotion. *

I've been using this device for a couple of weeks now and I am very happy with the results so far. My skin is looking smoother and I'm really enjoying how this device can help with the muscle recovery following the workouts. After experimenting a bit, I find that I prefer using this device either right after the workout or the next morning since it does wonders for sore muscles. I like that there are four intensity levels for microcurrent, and you can even use the device with red light only for lymphatic drainage, so I can really customize the treatment to what my body needs at any given moment for each particular area. I find that I get the best results if I apply the activator gel and immediately use the spray on top of it, that way I don't have to stop shortly after I started and can just keep going with the device guiding smoothly and conductivity maintained throughout the treatment. While the device itself works just as I hoped it would, the reason it list a star is that I think instructions could've been much improved by providing the suggested starting treatment times by area (while I understand that the idea is to use it for as long as your body needs, I really need some reference point for the first couple of treatments - are we talking in 30 seconds per area or 10 minutes?). The second thing that could be improved is adding a timer, say the device could beep every two minutes, so that I wouldn't have to set a separate timer on my phone, then juggle the phone and the device when starting the treatment or switching sides. With that said, I am really glad I tried this device and it definitely became a staple in my routine.

Been using this for a few weeks now. It is easy to use and a handy machine, but I haven't seen any differences yet. The gel is fragranced but only very lightly and the sculptor is quick and easy to charge. I will keep using because it is convenient but not sure if it works just yet! Been using it on my arms but plan to also try on my thighs and the backs of my legs.
