I use Philosophy Purity every day and have no problems.So I decided to try the micro delivery.It made my face turn red and break out.So I contacted the customer service and they said it was atypical which I felt was pretty rude! I cant imagine that I'm the only one who my skin did not like it. Then they wanted pictures of my face then fill out a questionnaire then take pictures of the bottle..And in SIX weeks if I have not heard from them to throw the product away! Way to much to have to do! I will purchase my Philosophy elsewhere! Where they appreciate my business and they won't tell me this is there policy! I should have never purchased on line from the company! Lesson learned!
