Floral & fruity - notes of honeyed rose and vanilla
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] This lovely fragrance is an excellent light and fruity scent for any occasion. It has notes of rose and vanilla which lead to its tantalizing scent. It is very light so it is not very noticeable and it does not last long but it is great while it lasts. Love it!
Charged for an Order I Never Received
Ulta charged my CC but I never received the product. There was no invoice in the box, and the package arrived severly damaged. Ulta, UPS and USPS have waxh pointed fingers at the other instead of taking reaponsibility. I filed a CC disput but there has been no meaningful action, replacement or refund. The customer service has been extremely disappointing. After being charged for an item I did not receive, I expected Ulta to investigate and resolve the issue promptly. Instead, I have been left without the product or a satisfactory resolution.
