When you get to the end of your eye balm stick, peel off the little white sticker at the bottom, revealing a hole inside the tube. fix the packaging!
love this product BUT as others have claimed the package is TERRIBLE. it breaks after a few twists. Had to empty the product into a scew top container so I can still use it. ( afterall, this is Not Cheap)!!! so i recommend the balm but RoC FIX THE PACKAGING
Absolutely horrible packaging
I have waited until my third purchase to write this. At first I thought i just got a bad one. Now i see the other reviews and I've gone from annoyed to mad and really think we should be getting refunds. This product costs way too much to only be able to twist it a couple of times then you have to dig it out.
It goes on so smoothly.
I really like the way this product goes on. It is very cool and smooth. It feels really good under the eye and prevents my foundation/concealer from caking.
Worst packaging
The twist up packaging doesnt work. I have no way to use it unless I were to dig the product out with a tool
Missed the mark on the application process
I have three of these eye balms. I bought them because the first one worked so well for the first few weeks, and I wanted them in my travel bag and purse. 1 will not roll up at all anymore, and 1 is over rolled and I can't get it to go back down.
