Comments about Natural Matte Longwear Foundation
I've been on a journey to find a foundation for mature skin that doesn't look like I applied thick, cracking spackle under my eyes after settling in for an hour, and this is it!! Yes, I still have my under-eye lines, but they are far less noticeable, thankfully. Also, it stays true to color, and it doesn't oxidize and make me look like I have no clue how to match it to my skin tone, as so many others do. I'm very happy and will continue to use NARS Natural Matte Longwear Foundation and seriously consider trying other NARS products.
There is nothing matte about this foundation
I hate it so much. The soft matte was perfection. This is not a suitable replacement, so now I'm looking for another brand.

This foundation was a poor replacement for the soft matte. It oxidizes. The bottle malfunctions. Coverage is trash; The quality of the foundation itself just isn't there. Please bring back soft matte.
Super disappointed
Im a complete NARS fanatic. I loooove the Luminous version of this foundation, so I was excited to try the matte formula, especially as an oily gal. Well, this foundation sits awfully on my skin. It looks like cakey plaster after 3 hours of wear. It also emphasizes all my fine lines and it separates quite a bit. It also turns extremely orange on the face. Would not recommend.

I hate hate HATE this foundation. The luminous one is wayyyy better. The matte formula clings to all of my dry patches and turns ORANGE on my face as the day wears on. Matte foundations are supposed to last longer, lol. Awful.
