- Prep nails for proper adhesion: push back cuticles, trim nails, file to shape, buff surface, and clean thoroughly with 99% Isopropyl Alcohol or N.A.S. 99 Cleansing Solution.
- Shake all bottles well to mix pigments evenly.
- Apply Natural Nail Base Coat: paint the edge of your nail first, then sweep a thin layer across the full nail. Let dry for 1-2 min.
- Apply Nail Lacquer the same way: paint the edge first, then sweep a thin layer of color across the nail. Let dry 1-2 minutes. Repeat step for a second coat.
- Finish with Top Coat: paint the edge first, then sweep a thin layer across the nail. Let dry 1-2 minutes.

horrible formula
chunky and pretty dry on first use of the Polish. will not buy OPI again. thought it would be better given Lincoln Park After Dark but the formula is different and garbage. mixer ball it's probably plastic and doesn't really work. clunky and dries as I'm trying to paint my nails. waste of money. oh!...

color and consistency great
Not the color I expected
I really wanted the Oktoberfest color as i thought it was like a dark burgundy color. First coat it looked like a midnight navy. Second coat looked a little closer but not quite what i wanted

In the photos and description Octoberfest looks like a burgundy and Vampire looks like a purple. When I first got it I thought they accidentally sent me vampire. No, Octoberfest just for some reason looks like purple. It is not any shade of red or burgundy.

Nice polish, color not as expected
I do like this opi nail polish, it goes on smooth and dries fairly quickly. 2 coats works well, could probably get away with one if you wanted. I got this color bc i saw they brought it back after not having it for awhile and people were talking about it. The description does describe it as a purple but the photo looks more red to me. Its definitely purple tho in person. Its pretty but i just was expecting something more reddish than purple.
