No Difference
I tried these for a couple months and did not notice any changes. I did have more hair shedding than normal while taking these but I'm not going to call them out as the sole reason as there are other factors that can cause hair shedding. I did not like the taste either, found them to be more like strawberry-banana flavored than strawberry. I saw no improvement in my hair or nail growth. These just did not work for me so I'll go back to my other hair vitamin I was using prior. I'm glad these work for others but they're a no go for me!
Buy it!
At 6 weeks postpartum I purchased this to try and mitigate that three month hair loss that usually happens! The taste is great and it's like eating a gummy candy! Safe (per my OBs words) for breastfeeding moms! I have seen insane nail growth and my skin has been great! Hair doesn't seem to be falling out either which is a plus and is shiny and feels healthy! I'm only two weeks in but seeing small results 🙌🏻
