Application instructions needed
I do not like to dip my fingers into a jar so I use a plastic applicator to grab some of this blue product. It comes out in a chunk, like hardened putty. I don't know if the product works as stated because I just started using it. The consistency is very off-putting. P&L should warn consumers on the packaging so people know what to expect. The buyer can't make an informed decision, especially if they are expecting a cream.

This is the only moisturizer I've tried recently that I don't need a huge amount to keep my skin hydrated overnight. Keeps my skin clear too. I never wake up with bumps with this.

Hi. I like this moisturizer and it does moisturize well. I applied it after the toner and glass skin serum. Then after s couple of minutes i noticed its pilling. How can i avoid that and why did it happen?

We suggest 2 paths, The first, try gently exfoliating the skin in the evening. We have 2 amazing exfoliants, The Glass Skin Face Polisher or our Rice Dough Facial Smoothing Facial Scrub. Is the cream supposed to be really thick, and have a waxy texture at first? Idk if mine is bad, it's the first time using. I really didn't have to use much and it goes a long way but I was surprised when I opened the jar and it was waxy looking

When cold it can be a bit thicker feeling but once at room temperature and warmed up in the hands it melts into the skin by design. One of our most interesting textures. This moisturizer is meant to be very calming and soothing, which is why you're not experiencing any redness after the sensation, so that's a great thing. It sounds like you may have a compromised skin barrier that is stimulated by one of the higher concentrations of ingredients. We suggest checking out our Rescue Party Barrier Restore Serum (AM/PM) and Comfort Cream (AM).
