[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I love this serum! It makes my lips instantly plump and moisturized and makes them feel great! It lasts a long time as well and is perfect to pair with a lip pen.
It does work as a plumper
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] This plumping serum lippie does work great, you can feel the tingly sensation right away as you apply. I liked that feeling of the serum hydrating the lips but also plumping them, it ends up looking more natural than the colors of the packaging on the lips. Still, it's generally a good plumper for its price.
