I really like this BUXOM Plump Shot lip liner! It glides on smoothly, defines the lips beautifully, and gives them a fuller, more polished look. I love that it can be worn on its own or under lipstick or gloss. The plumping effect is subtle but noticeable. You feel cold after application and a slight tingling sensation. It is not painful and has no side effects.
