Use on bare skin, or layer over concealer. Using the metal cool-tip applicator, apply 2-4 dots to your undereye area, then tap to blend using your fingertip or brush. Repeat as needed for desired coverage.

More natural than concealer
I can wear this all day and it doesnt get dry or crease!! It's definitely not concealer, so it doesn't cover as much as concealer does. It's a thin consitency so I put a little on, did my mascara and eyebrows, and then put a little more on. If you've been wearing full concealer the less coverage would probably take some getting used to, but overall I'm a fan! I always feel like you can tell when I'm wearing under eye concealer. This looked a lot more natural.
Your skin, but better!
It has been hard finding the right natural foundation/skin tint, but once i tried this in store with the optimizing primer, I immediately bought both of them as well as the under eye brightner. If you are looking for a dewy complexion, this will be your go to product!

It doesn't blend smoothly or melt into the skin — it sits on top, applies unevenly and patchy, and takes much more effort than it should to blend out. It also settles into pores and emphasizes texture, making the complexion look dry instead of hydrated and radiant. For a product marketed as a lightweight, hydrating brightener, I expected a smooth, sheer, skin-like finish. This does the opposite. I would not repurchase.
Love This Addition - A New Must!
I have pretty thin and finicky under-eye skin so putting concealer near my eyes is typically a no-go with irritation or creasing. Have been LOVING this since I got it and has turned into a new must-have for me! It works on light or no-makeup days as well as the glam-ups! Blends brilliantly and is hydrating like a serum. Haven't had issues yet, worn it in hot and cold environments, and it's well worth the money. Bless. 🙌🖤
