I used the Rodan and Fields Pure C Serum for a few weeks and overall it's definitely a great product. It helped brighten my skin and improved my overall texture, making it feel smoother and more even. I also really liked that it doesn't have a strong overpowering smell like many other vitamin C serums do. The only downside for me was that it didn't fully feel like my skin absorbed it. It left a slightly greasy layer, which I wasn't the biggest fan of and ultimately why I stopped using it. Overall, I would still give it 4 stars because it does what it promises in terms of brightening and texture, I just wish the absorption felt a bit better.

I'm honestly surprised at how well this works. I've been using it day & night, after toner & a ceramide serum but before everything else. I'll put a few drops (you literally only need a a few) in my palm & then kind of tap & press it in with my fingertips. It's fading my sun spots & brightens, my sister asked if I'd had a peel at Easter. I love that it's super concentrated, no oil or water, that plus the makes the price worth it, imo.

I typically use vitamin C in the morning and a retinoid at night and continued to do so with this product. This is my third brand of vitamin C serum and so far it's held up really well. It's thicker than the other brands that I've tried and smoother. I haven't broken out from it like I have from a different brand that combines vitamin c with another vitamin and acid product. It also hasn't spoiled despite being lost in the mail for a bit and vitamin C is known to spoil so I'm very pleased. I received this product for free in exchange for an honest review.

Overall, I am quite pleased with this serum. The product goes in smoothly without leaving a sticky residue. I only use 2-3 drops and feel that is a sufficient amount. I haven't noticed my dark spots lightening quite yet, but I do feel that my skin looks more radiant. The only con to this product is that it's a bit pricey.
