Swivel eyeliner up only one-eighth of an inch (pencil does not retract to avoid exposing formula to air, which is drying).
Line eyes, then use the smudge tool on the opposite end to gently smudge color to desired effect.
Allow color to set for 60 seconds to ensure transfer resistance.
Recap securely eyeliner pencil after using to protect the silky formula.

The shades offered in this new liner are very pretty. I disagree with a few others tha5 say these have chunks of glitter. They have unique shimmer particles that add reflection to the eye line and help brighten the eyes. The green is especially pretty as is the black honey. All shades are pretty and if anyone wants eye brightening, I would recommend these. They apply very easily and IMO you don't need to really blend as they apply very evenly. I'm also glad to see the Chubby Eye is back and I HOPE Clinique will add more shades!

I purchased the Black Honey thinking it was like the other liner but this looks like black liner with huge chunks of glitter

The colors do not blend well , also the colors are not as shown . They have too much shimmer .
