Use 1-3 times per week or when immediate smoothness is desired. After shampooing, squeeze out excess water. Apply starting at the ends and working your way up. Massage or comb through hair and let sit for 10-15 seconds; you may feel a slight warming sensation as this color-safe, rinse-out treatment is working to deliver instant smoothing results; rinse well. Follow with Super Smooth Conditioner if desired.

Unfortunately, it isn't a winner for me. To begin it's like water which makes it hard to apply especially to longer hair. My hair is shiny/smooth and less freezy. I use this with the PM Serum, the combination of both is amazing. People are always asking me how I get my hair so shiny and smooth, so this works. Like everyone says may not work on everyone's hair type. I have long, thick, wavy hair, and it's cut in layers. My hairdresser is the bomb, she knows exactly how to cut/style my hair to wear it straight or curly. Love this product!
