So when I asked for assistance I was recommended this product because I needed something to stay in place and not smudge. This product says it's waterproof but doesn't meet this criteria and I always look like I've got black eyes if I use it

Like an Artist's Tool for Your Eyes
This is by far one of the best liquid eyeliners I've ever used. The brush is exceptionally well designed—it allows you to create anything from an extremely fine, precise line to a much thicker, more dramatic one with ease. The ink flow is also the best I've experienced in a liquid eyeliner: smooth, consistent, and easy to control. It honestly feels less like a makeup product and more like an artist's tool. It gives you so much control and freedom to be creative with your eyeliner.

I love this eyeliner. I wish it came in other colors. I am older and softer colors look better on old eyes. I have tried lots of liquid eyeliner and this one is the best. Pricey but last a long time.
