Apply a small amount to clean, dry skin and massage in gentle circular motions for 1 minute, once a week. For deeper exfoliation, massage for 2 minutes no more than once a month. Avoid the eye area. Rinse thoroughly with warm water, follow with a hydrating treatment and apply sunscreen.
