Happy was influenced to buy!
I was influenced to purchase and very happy with decision. I'm 62 with some eye wrinkles and other mature skin issues and this concealer is so creamy, concealing and long wearing - I would have paid a lot more for it. I still love Natasha Denona concealer, but I keep reaching for the Essence very often.

I was very excited to try this, but unfortunately it patches and seems to gather into these dry crumbs on the under eyes. and no, I do not have dry under eyes, but not oily either...
I love Essence products and wanted to love this
I saw MUA using this and it looked amazing, but didn't work for me. Haven't found a liquid concealer I like. The applicator shape is good but it applies too much product even with a light touch. I do love their foundation sticks and use it as concealer, just tricky for under eyes.
Received a Used Product and Terrible Customer Service
I received this product in visibly used condition. I went to an Ulta store hoping to simply exchange it for a new, unused product. However, the employee informed me that I could not exchange it and would instead have to return and repurchase it at the current price, meaning Ulta would not honor the sale price I originally paid. This makes absolutely no sense. I should not have to pay more to receive a new product when Ulta was the one that sent me a used item in the first place. Now I'm having to spend even more of my time on the phone with customer service trying to resolve an issue that should have been handled during my initial store visit. Very disappointing customer service and an unreasonable way to handle an issue that was entirely outside my control.
Do not recommend for dry skin
For the price Im not going to complain too much. It is brighting when you use a lot of setting spray but still patches when you use a brush. It looks better when you apply with a sponge but you honestly cannot layer this product. I love essence but i personal dont think this is for me
