This works for me at least 3 to 4 times a day. I have to admit I'm using it like I would a toner. If I'm hot or feel sticky during the day I spray a few times and I feel refreshed. I've also used it quite a few times on my Rottweiler that's 7 years old and has terrible allergies..and it has worked wonders for him!!! I purchased a bottle just for him also.
